  1. Mix separate bowls of pink and orange icing until it makes soft peaks and fill a piping bag with each.
  2. Snip the tip off the bags and pipe a smooth line around the edge of the ‘petals’.
  3. Once the outlines are dry, fill in the centres using a piping bag filled with the same icing diluted with a little water so it’s runny.
  4. When it’s dry, drop on a small amount of soft peak yellow icing for the centre.
