Make treat time fun with these cute jars!  When the children deserve a treat they pick a stick from the jar and complete the activity.

How to Make

1. Clean and dry an old jar.

Step 1

2. Cut and layer 2 strips of patterned paper per jar.  Adhere using double sided tape.

Step 2

3. Take 2 of the Framelits Hexagon dies and die-cut in coordinating colours.

Step 3

4. Using a wet glue layer the hexagons together and leave to dry.

Step 4

5.  Die-cut the birds and branches from the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set For The Birds and layer together onto the hexagon.

Step 5

6.  Adhere the hexagons to the front of the jars and fill the jars with natural fibres.

Step 6

7.  Take the lolly sticks and write the children’s treat ideas onto the sticks.

Step 7

8.  Die-cut 2 feathers for each lolly stick.

Step 8

9. Fold the feathers using the score line and adhere to the top of the lolly sticks.

Step 9

10.  Type and print the words.

Step 10

11.  Using a hexagon die cut around the wording.

Step 11

12. Punch a hole into the top of the hexagon and thread through the twine.  Time around the jar and tie a bow.
