This mache casket is perfect for housing sweet treats, or if you have a wicked streak a cunning trick. Make sure to decorate both the inside and outside of the casket, ensuring that whatever you decided to paint first (the inside or the outside) is completely dry before painting the other.

1. Start by painting the outside of the casket with the purple paint and once dry, move onto painting the inside using black paint.

2. Once dry use a pencil to draw spider webs on the lid of the casket. Go over the pencil lines with the tacky glue and then sprinkle over black glitter. Leave for about 30 seconds and then gently tap off any excess. Leave to dry.

3. Place the bottom of the casket on top of black card or decoupage paper and draw around using a pencil, cut out and stick to the inside bottom of the casket.

4. Using scissors cut off the ring section from the spiders and glue to the casket using a glue gun.

5. Use a thick white pen to write your greeting on the front of the casket, and then fill your casket with goodies!
