How to Make a Jigsaw Heart Valentine’s Card
Create an extra special card for the man in your life with this super-cute jigsaw heart design. Mini alphabet stamps are ideal when creating the greeting; simply lay out the stamps in the order you need them and use a black or coloured ink pad to create the greeting.
To personalise the card, why not add your Valentine’s name either at the beginning or end of the greeting.
1. Cover the front of an A6 card blank with white hammered paper – this first step is optional, the white hammered card will give add a subtle texture to your card blank to help soften the white space.
2. Arrange the wooden heart puzzle in the centre of the card blank, adhering it in place using the 3D foam pads on the reverse.
3. Using a piece of scrap cardstock, stamp out the sentiment with black pigment ink and an alphabet stamp set.
4. Trim the sentiment into thin strips cutting each word separately with a diagonal cut.
5 Attach the sentiments to the card front slightly staggered, use 3d foam pads for added height.
