How to Decorate a Holly Wreath Cake

Make yourself a classic Christmas cake, then get decorating with traditional decorations – is there anything more traditional than holly? Cake decorating beginners relax, you can get this done in just thirty minutes!

You Will Need How to Make
  1. To make the leaves; roll out your green ready roll icing on a clean, dry work surface, dusted with a little icing sugar, to about 2-3mm thick . Cut out leaves with your cutters.
  2. Carefully place your leaves in a ring, work in a circle using the paintbrush and sugar glue to fix.
  3. Roll your red icing into small berries, around 0.5 cm, glue to the cake with sugar glue.
  4. To finish tie a ribbon around the cake and attach neatly at the back with a small piece of double sided tape.
