How to make

  1. Start by using a paintbrush to cover the front of the heart in a thin layer of PVA glue.
  2. Cover the area in glitter and leave for a few moments, then tap off any excess.
  3. Once the front of the heart has dried repeat steps one and two on the back of the heart.
  4. Once dry, cover the entire heart with a thin covering of hairspray, this will help to fix the glitter in place.
  5. Cut a 10cm length of twine, fold in half and tie a knot in the end. Place a pearl head pin through the knot and then push into the centre top of the heart. Your heart is now ready to hang.
