We are so excited to launch our first ever CAL this summer. The Tea on the Green blanket was designed by @the_wee_house_of_crochet and @lyndascraftroom who run our Knitcraft social in the Warrington store.

The blanket is made using our Women’s Institute Premium Acrylic yarn and we have set up a great online bundle for only  £24. This includes everything you need for the CAL and will be available from next week!

If you would like to make your own colour palette then these are the quantities you will need

Once you join the CAL we also have a Facebook page where you can add photos of your progress and get to know the other people that are making at the same time as you. Check it out here!

Every Friday we will be releasing the next part of the CAL so make sure that you check back here every week. The first week will be 21st July so get ready!

I’m Lynda-Rose, my Mum taught me the basics of crochet at a young age and now as an adult it’s my favourite crafty hobby.

I’m drawn to bright colour schemes, I make lots of amigurumi and I love to crochet in public!

Lisa

I’m lisa and I’m fanatical about crochet, I taught myself a few years ago by watching YouTube clips.  I have taken part in a number of CAL’s which has taught me a lot, I enjoy making blankets and shawls mostly with intricate stitches and beautiful colours.

We can’t wait to get started and to see you all making together. Don’t forget to share any photos with #knitcrafthqqteaonthegreen
