How to Make Colourful Die Cut Gift Wrap
Jazz up your gift wrap this year with a bit of colour using your die cutting machine! You could use any large festive dies for this colourful die cut gift wrap project, but it works best with large square and circle shapes.
1. Wrap your gift in brown paper.
2. Cut your chosen die from brightly coloured cardstock. Add a little tacky glue to the reverse of the design before securing centrally on the front of your gift. Leave to dry.
3. Cut a length of twine and wrap multiple times around the edge of the die cut. Fasten with a double knot on the back of your gift.
Keep hold of the cardstock that you cut the designs from, as they too make great present toppers. Simply straighten up the edges with a metal ruler and craft knife, and add a few Thicker Stickers spelling out the recipient’s name in the centre, or, you could just do their initials. Waste not want not!
