How To Make

1. Select the 3 largest sizes of heart from the Sizzix Framelits Die pack.

2. Fold and cut 3 pieces of red card to fit each of your chosen Framelits, ensuring that the fold is positioned at the top of the heart and that there is at least a 1cm gap all around.

3. When die-cutting each card, you will need to position the Framelits so that the two peaks at the top of the heart are just slightly past the fold. There needs to be a sufficient amount of fold to keep the two sides in tact.

4. Next, fold each card front back on itself, so that the bottom point of the heart meets the edge of the middle dip between the two heart peaks.

5. Now you will need 3 patterned heart fronts. Die-cut one of each heart size from the red card stock and one of each heart size from the Dovecraft paper pack, selecting 3 different designs.

6. Stick matching heart sizes together, pattern side up.
You should now have 6 separate pieces cut in total: 3 heart cards and 3 corresponding heart fronts. The next step will be attaching them together.

7. One card at a time, apply glue to the folded triangular tab and place the appropriate sized heart on top, ensuring they are lined up properly.
Now we need to attach the 3 cards together to make one card, starting with the largest.

8. Lift over the front of the card and lightly mark 2.5cm directly above the bottom point of the heart.

9. Line up the middle dip of the medium sized heart to that point and stick down.

10. Lift over the front of the card just stuck, but this time, lightly mark 1.5cm directly above the bottom point of the heart.

11. Line up the middle dip of the small sized heart to that point and stick down. Working front to back, each heart will prop up one behind the other.

Your triple heart easel is now complete. Decorate with other elements if you wish or attach your favourite pic of you and your Valentine.
