How to Make a Happy Easter Centrepiece
Get the kids together to create something you can display on your Easter table that is fun to look at but not full of sugar! This Happy Easter centrepiece is a great project for kids of all ages, as all it requires is some painting and adhesive letters to bring it to life – then simply fill with their favourite Easter decorations!
1. Paint the egg inside and out using the white chalky paint. Do several layers to give a nice solid layer of white.
2. Paint the inside pink. Once dry, add words of your choice to the outside using the stick on lettering.
3. Fill the egg with shredded tissue paper and top this with treats of your choice. If you want, you can glue Easter decorations to the lid too.
Weighting the bottom of the egg with some pebbles will make it more stable.
