1. Place a small amount of the Aquatint watercolour inks (purple, magenta, orange and yellow) in your tray.

2. Using a dampened 0.5 inch flat brush, layer strips of colour onto an A5 piece of watercolour card in the following order: purple, magenta, orange, yellow, orange, magenta and purple. These will blend easily to create the card base shown. Allow the card to dry or use a heat tool.

3. Spray one side of your stencil with Crafter’s Companion Stick & Spray and affix to the card as shown.

4. Use your eBrush and the Spectrum Noir pen (or Cut N Dry Foam and Black Soot Tim Holtz Distress Ink) to complete the stencil, then trim to size.

5. Using the Rock-a-Block and a black inkpad, stamp the sentiments from the Textures Words of Wonder sets as shown.

6. Turn your stencil 180 degrees and carefully stencil the base border at the top of your card to create a frame.

7. Add highlights to the crown of the statue and the base border to give the impression of windows.

8. Matt the watercoloured card with white cardstock as shown using Collall All Purpose glue. Crease-fold an A5 card blank from black A4 cardstock and mount the watercoloured card onto the front to finish.
