Flowers Card

  • Run a strip of scrapbook card through the Sizzix machine to texture, then use sandpaper to reveal the teal colour beneath. Layer onto a piece of pink floral paper using double sided tape.
  • Glue two lengths of ribbon tucking the ends behind the textured panel for an extra neat finish and tie into a neat bow.
  • Add your message to the white card. You could handwrite or use a rubber stamp – we have used a combination of the two. Cut out using pinking shears and layer onto a piece of teal coloured board.
  • Decorate both the white circle and the panel with paper flowers and brads. Attach the panel to the card front using double sided tape, then attach the white circle with sticky foam pads.
  • Finally use a small amount of tacky glue to add the buttons and dry flat.

Hobbycraft Inspirational Content Marketing Assistant, I'm in love with all things craft, vintage and floral. I spend my spare time visiting craft fairs in the south on the look out for something that's a little bit different. When not out exploring by foot I'm on my bike riding around the country side or down by the beach.
