Black and White Cupcakes

  • Roll out a quantity of the white icing to a thickness of 3-4mm and cut enough circles to cover half the cakes. Repeat with the black icing. (see TIP1)
  • Use edible glue to affix the white flowers to the black cakes.
  • Cut required letters from the black icing scraps, brush with glue and sprinkle on the glitter sparkles Shake off the excess before using a little more glue to add a letter to the top of each white cake.
  • Assemble the cupcake wraps and sit a cake in each.
