Roll out a quantity of the white icing to a thickness of 3-4mm and cut enough circles to cover half the cakes. Repeat with the black icing. (see TIP1)
Use edible glue to affix the white flowers to the black cakes.
Cut required letters from the black icing scraps, brush with glue and sprinkle on the glitter sparkles Shake off the excess before using a little more glue to add a letter to the top of each white cake.
Assemble the cupcake wraps and sit a cake in each.
